The only clinic platform built for the specific workflows of travel medicine — WHO International Certificate generation, destination-driven vaccine recommendations, cold-chain lot tracking, and multilingual walk-in check-in for international patients.
Travel vaccine clinics operate at the intersection of clinical complexity and administrative intensity. Each patient presents a unique destination profile, a unique vaccine history, and a unique compliance requirement from a different sovereign government. Paper-based systems expose your clinic to certificate errors, outdated advisory recommendations, and lost revenue from cashless patients. MOVO-X eliminates all three.
The problem
Yellow fever certification errors are not clerical inconveniences — they can result in a patient being denied boarding or deported at their destination country. Travel medicine clinics issuing International Certificates of Vaccination from handwritten registers face a systemic risk: illegible entries, missing lot numbers, incorrect valid-from dates, and unsigned stamps. A single incorrect certificate exposes the clinic to liability and the patient to a medical and legal crisis thousands of miles from home.
WHO and CDC travel health advisories change continuously — new outbreaks, lifted requirements, amended entry regulations. Travel nurses relying on memory or a printed laminate risk recommending an outdated vaccine schedule. Under-vaccinating a patient bound for a yellow-fever zone is a patient safety failure. Over-vaccinating drives up patient costs and erodes trust. A software-driven destination lookup that stays current with WHO Travel Advice is not optional — it is clinical infrastructure.
Travel vaccine clinics serve a disproportionately international, cashless-first clientele — foreign expats, business travellers, and tourists who carry no local currency. When a clinic's only payment option is physical cash, it loses 15–20% of walk-in conversions. In a high-margin specialty clinic where a single yellow-fever consultation with vaccine can exceed $120, each lost walk-in is a direct bottom-line hit.

The yellow fever ICV is generated automatically from the patient record — lot number, manufacturer, date of administration, valid-from date, and clinic stamp all pre-filled. The PDF matches the official IHR Annex 6 format exactly. Certificates are stored on the patient record and can be reprinted or emailed in one tap. No handwriting, no transcription errors, no voided certificates.
ระบบแนะนำวัคซีนตามประเทศปลายทาง
Enter the patient's destination country and departure date. The system returns the required vaccines (for entry), the recommended vaccines (for health protection), and any active outbreak alerts sourced from WHO Travel Advice. Recommendations are versioned — a 3-month-old travel plan shows the advisory that was current at booking, not today's. Clinical accuracy and legal defensibility in one screen.
เช็คอินหลายภาษาด้วย NFC
Patients tap their national ID — Thai ID card, Malaysian MyKad, Saudi Iqama, UAE Emirates ID, Singapore NRIC — and the kiosk registers them in under 3 seconds. The interface switches to the patient's preferred language automatically. Foreign patients complete intake in their own language without staff assistance. No clipboard, no translating staff, no misheard surnames at a noisy reception desk.
ติดตามตารางวัคซีนหลายโดส
Hepatitis A requires 2 doses 6 months apart. Typhoid oral requires 4 doses every other day. Rabies PrEP is a 3-dose series. MOVO-X schedules each subsequent dose automatically, sends the patient a WhatsApp reminder 48 hours before the due date, and flags overdue doses on the patient timeline. You stop chasing patients by phone — the system does it while you see more patients.
รับชำระเงินหลายช่องทางสำหรับผู้ป่วยทั่วไป
At checkout, the patient scans a QR code on the kiosk screen — PromptPay, TrueMoney, GrabPay, or card via Stripe. The payment is reconciled to the consultation record instantly. Foreign patients without Thai bank accounts pay by card. Your clinic never turns away a walk-in because of a payment mismatch. Every consult is fully receipted with a PDF record for expense reimbursement.

Every vaccine lot is registered on delivery — manufacturer, lot number, quantity, expiry date, and cold-chain status. Dispensing a dose deducts from the lot automatically. Near-expiry alerts fire at 60 days, then 30 days, then 7 days. FIFO dispensing is enforced by default. Month-end wastage reports flag which lots were lost to expiry so procurement decisions improve over time.

Each consultation is recorded in structured format: destination, duration, activities (safari, urban, medical volunteer, hajj), current medications, contraindications reviewed, vaccines administered, advice given, and patient sign-off. The record is timestamped and immutable once closed. In any adverse event — allergic reaction abroad, disease acquired at destination — the clinic has a complete, defensible clinical record.
พาสปอร์ตวัคซีนผ่าน WhatsApp
Patients message the clinic on WhatsApp and receive their full vaccination history as a PDF within 30 seconds — no phone calls, no admin time, no waiting for a printed copy. The document includes every vaccine administered at the clinic, lot numbers, dates, and the attending clinician's name. Patients carry their digital vaccine record on their phone, ready for border control, airline check-in, or a destination country's entry portal.
Getting started
Create your clinic account in under 5 minutes. Enter your clinic name, country, and the vaccines you administer. Upload your clinic stamp for automatic WHO certificate embedding.
Add your vaccine catalogue with cold-chain lot details. Map your payment methods — PromptPay, card, or both. Set the languages your kiosk will display for walk-in patients.
Activate the kiosk (web browser or dedicated hardware). See your first patient check in, get their destination advisory, receive their vaccine and certificate — end to end, no paper.
WhatsApp recall reminders bring patients back for second and third doses automatically. Revenue analytics show you which destinations drive the highest-value consultations. Add branches as you expand.

“We were issuing Yellow Cards by hand and cross-referencing a CDC PDF for every patient. MOVO-X replaced that entirely — the destination lookup gives us the current WHO advisory, and the certificate prints with all fields correct. We have had zero certificate rejections since going live. The WhatsApp vaccine history alone saves us 40 minutes of admin a day.”
“Our clinic is 70% expats and tourists — almost nobody carries cash. Adding PromptPay and card via MOVO-X converted walk-ins we used to lose. Revenue in the first month after launch was up 28%. The kiosk handles check-in in English, Mandarin, and Arabic so our receptionist is not swamped translating for every patient.”

FAQ
Yes. The yellow fever ICV is generated as a PDF matching the IHR Annex 6 layout required by the World Health Organization. The certificate includes the patient's full name, date of birth, lot number, manufacturer, date of administration, valid-from date, and is pre-signed digitally with the clinic's stamp. All generated certificates are stored on the patient record and can be reprinted or emailed at any time. We strongly recommend having your clinic administrator upload your official stamp image during setup so it is embedded correctly on every certificate.
The recommendation engine is updated continuously from WHO International Travel and Health advisories, CDC Destinations, and IAMAT country risk profiles. When an outbreak advisory changes — for example a new yellow fever alert in a previously low-risk corridor — the system reflects that within 24 hours. Recommendations are also versioned: if a patient booked a consultation 3 months ago and returns today, the system shows both what was recommended at booking and what is recommended now, so the clinician can decide whether a catch-up dose is needed.
Yes. MOVO-X's payment module supports PromptPay (Thailand), DuitNow (Malaysia), GrabPay, and international card via Stripe. A walk-in patient from Germany, Saudi Arabia, or the United States can pay by Visa or Mastercard in seconds. The QR code appears on the kiosk screen or on a counter-mounted tablet. Every payment generates a PDF receipt that patients can submit to their travel insurance provider.
When a clinician records dose 1 of a multi-dose series, MOVO-X automatically schedules the subsequent doses based on the vaccine's minimum interval (for accelerated schedules) or standard interval. If the patient's departure date is before the full series can be completed, the system flags it and suggests the best accelerated schedule available. WhatsApp reminders go out 48 hours before each scheduled dose. Overdue doses are flagged on the patient record so any clinician who sees the patient next is immediately aware.
Yes. Each patient can request their complete vaccination record as a PDF or JSON export. The PDF version is formatted for portability — other clinics and border health authorities can read it without access to MOVO-X. The JSON export is structured for import into other EHR systems. All data is held in your Supabase database (you own your data), and patients have the right to deletion under PDPA (Thailand), PDPA (Malaysia), and GDPR. Deletion audit logs are maintained for 7 years as required by most jurisdictions.
Most travel medicine clinics are live in 3 days. Day 1: account setup, vaccine catalogue configuration, and destination advisory mapping. Day 2: kiosk hardware setup (if ordering a device from us) or web-based kiosk activation. Day 3: staff training walkthrough (typically 90 minutes) and first live patient. If you have an existing patient database in CSV or Excel format, our team migrates it at no extra charge on the Solo and Multi-Doctor plans.
