Every GKV-insured citizen carries the eGK — a contactless chip card holding the VSD (Versichertenstammdaten). Kiosk reads via the konformitätsbestätigt eHealth-Kartenterminal, validates against the TI (Telematikinfrastruktur), pulls insurance master data, then routes the patient.

The bottleneck for clinics in Germany is rarely the doctor — it is the front desk and the waiting room. Paper forms, re-keyed details and shout-the-name queues create crowding, complaints and walk-outs at peak hours. A MOVO-X self-service kiosk removes that: patients register themselves in about 90 seconds and are placed straight into the correct queue.
In day-to-day use, a patient arriving at a Germany clinic taps their ID or scans a code, confirms their details on screen in their own language, and takes a queue number routed to the right doctor. They then wait wherever they like and are called by WhatsApp — the waiting room stops being a holding pen, and the counter stops being a chokepoint.
The kiosk is the front door to a full clinic operating system. For clinics in Germany, that means one platform for registration, queue, appointments, records, prescriptions, payment, messaging and analytics — instead of a drawer of disconnected tools. It runs on kiosk hardware or a tablet, works in the local language and English, keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns, and sits alongside the software you already use rather than replacing everything at once.
