Patient data (processed on behalf of clinics):

• Patient registration details entered at kiosks (name, IC/ID number, phone number)

When clinics use MOVO-X kiosks and software, we process patient data on behalf of the clinic (the data controller). We act as a data processor. Patient data is:

• Processed only as instructed by the clinic
• Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Stored in secure, SOC2-compliant infrastructure
• Never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising
• Available for export or deletion at the clinic's request

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers: hosting (Vercel, Supabase), payment processing, email delivery — bound by data processing agreements
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government regulation
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified)

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• End-to-end encryption for all data transmissions
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• Role-based access controls and audit logging
• Regular security assessments and penetration testing
• On-premise deployment option for clinics requiring full data sovereignty

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. These are privacy-friendly and do not use personal identifiers. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
