Standard installation takes 1-2 business days. We handle hardware setup, software configuration, WiFi connection, and staff training. For Enterprise plans, we provide a dedicated project manager for a seamless rollout across multiple locations.

The kiosk supports 7 languages out of the box: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (Simplified), Tamil, Thai, Arabic, and Bahasa Indonesia. Each language includes full AI voice guidance. Additional languages can be added for Enterprise plans.

We integrate with local payment gateways in each market. In Malaysia, that means FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and card terminals. In Thailand, PromptPay and TrueMoney. We handle all payment gateway setup and certification as part of installation.

Yes. All plans include your clinic logo and color scheme on the kiosk software. Professional and Enterprise plans also include custom hardware branding โ€” your logo on the physical kiosk body, branded receipt headers, and custom welcome screens.

The kiosk stores data locally and syncs when connectivity is restored. Patients can still check in, and the queue system continues to operate. We also offer optional 4G backup connectivity for uninterrupted service.

Starter and Professional orders ship within 2-3 weeks across ASEAN. Enterprise orders with custom branding take 4-6 weeks. We handle all shipping, customs clearance, and import logistics to your clinic door.
