Yes — per-doctor queue management is a core feature. Each doctor gets their own queue with real-time patient count, estimated wait times, and smart routing. The queue display shows which doctor is seeing which patient. Patients are automatically assigned based on their appointment or doctor preference during registration.
Both are handled seamlessly with separate queue tracks. Appointed patients get priority placement in their doctor's queue. Walk-ins join the general queue with estimated wait times.
