This proposal outlines the monthly service agreement between MOVO-X and your clinic. Our all-in-one platform includes kiosk software, EHR integration, patient communication via WhatsApp, analytics, and ongoing support — designed to automate check-ins, reduce wait times, and improve the patient experience. All services are bundled into a single monthly subscription with no hidden fees.
Self-registration with MyKad/passport scanning, intelligent queue management, voice guidance in 7 languages (English, Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, Arabic, Indonesian, Thai).
Automatic patient sync with Avixo, real-time queue synchronization, doctor mapping, and seamless data flow between kiosk and clinic management system.
Automated patient messaging for check-in confirmations, queue called alerts, appointment reminders, follow-up reminders, payment receipts, MC notifications, lab results, and prescription ready alerts.
Comprehensive analytics including nationality breakdown, age demographics, gender split, daily/weekly/monthly activity tracking, debt (hutang) tracking, and re-engagement opportunity identification.
Real-time queue management, patient records access, appointment booking interface, and staff management tools — all accessible from any browser.
Remote diagnostics via Tailscale VPN, over-the-air firmware updates, thermal printer maintenance and consumable guidance.

Dedicated WhatsApp support group, remote troubleshooting, and quarterly review calls to optimise performance and discuss new features.
Custom pricing built around your kiosk count, integrations, and deployment model. No fixed tiers.
Every clinic, kiosk fleet and enterprise rollout is unique. We build pricing around your worker count, kiosk count, integrations, and deployment model — private cloud, on-prem, or hybrid.
Minimum 12-month contract. Automatically renews annually unless terminated with 90-day written notice prior to renewal date.
Monthly billing cycle. Invoices issued on the 1st of each month, payable within 15 days (net 15). Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, online banking.
Either party may terminate with 90 days' written notice. Early termination fee of 3 months' subscription may apply within the initial contract period.
The clinic retains full ownership of all patient data. Data is exportable at any time in standard formats. Upon termination, all data is returned and deleted within 30 days.
Fully compliant with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Patient data encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
99.5% monthly uptime guarantee for cloud services. Detailed SLA available as a separate addendum to this agreement.
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Service Agreement Proposal. This agreement is effective as of the date of the last signature below.
