Quick fixes for the most common issues.
Press and hold power button for 5 seconds to restart. Kiosk boots to app automatically.
Open printer compartment, insert new 80mm thermal roll (print side facing out), close lid until click.
Check WiFi/Ethernet connection. If offline, use manual registration via admin dashboard on phone.
Ensure card is placed flat on reader. Clean reader surface. Try removing and re-tapping card slowly.
Check volume via remote control. Ensure speakers are not muted. Restart if needed.
Wait 10 seconds. If unresponsive, restart via power button. App auto-launches on boot.
