MOVO-X self-service kiosks let patients check in, register, and join the queue without any reception staff involvement. Deployed across Kuala Lumpur and Southeast Asia. 45-second average check-in time.
Patients register via IC scan, QR code, phone number, or passport — no touch required for the primary flow. The kiosk handles hygiene-first check-in by design.
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil, Arabic, and more. The kiosk detects patient preference or allows manual language selection at the start of each session.
The MOVO-X kiosk reads Malaysian MyKad and Singapore NRIC via built-in NFC in under 3 seconds. No manual data entry — zero transcription errors at registration.
The kiosk prints a queue slip and simultaneously sends the patient a WhatsApp message with their number, position, and estimated wait. No paper? WhatsApp is sufficient.
The kiosk connects to a TV screen in the waiting area that shows live queue status. Patients see their number approaching without asking staff.
MOVO-X kiosks run on Android-based RK3566 hardware — fanless, 24/7 rated, with tamper-resistant enclosures. Built for clinic environments that run 12–16 hours per day.
A healthcare self-service kiosk is a touchscreen terminal that allows patients to check in for appointments or walk-in visits without speaking to reception staff. Patients identify themselves via IC, QR code, or phone number, confirm their details, and receive a queue number — all in under 60 seconds.
MOVO-X kiosks are deployed at clinics and healthcare facilities across Kuala Lumpur including Cheras, Wangsa Maju, Setapak, Cyberjaya, Bangsar, and Mont Kiara. If your clinic is not yet using MOVO-X, contact us to deploy one at your location.
Walk-in patients approach the kiosk and tap the walk-in button. They then identify themselves via IC/MyKad scan or phone number. The kiosk asks a few short intake questions (reason for visit, symptoms), then assigns a queue number. The entire process takes 45–60 seconds.
Yes. New patients complete a short registration form on the kiosk — name, IC number, contact number, and medical history fields. The data is stored in the clinic system and the patient is a registered record from that point forward. All future visits use the existing record.
MOVO-X kiosks are designed for minimal maintenance. The hardware is fanless and industrial-rated. Software updates are pushed remotely over the air. Screen cleaning is the only regular physical maintenance required. MOVO-X monitors all kiosks remotely and alerts the clinic if a unit goes offline.
