The TV display in the waiting area uses large numbers and colour coding rather than name-calling. The entire experience is designed for patients who cannot rely on sound cues.
Yes. Patients check in at the kiosk and are routed first to audiometry testing. When the test is complete, the result is logged and the patient is automatically queued for the audiologist consultation. If a hearing aid fitting is recommended, the patient is queued for the fitting session next — all in one seamless flow.
Yes. MOVO-X records the hearing aid model, purchase date, and warranty period for each patient. When a warranty is within 30 days of expiry, the patient and clinic receive an automatic WhatsApp notification. Scheduled hearing aid servicing is tracked and reminded similarly.
Yes. MOVO-X is deployed at hearing centres in Segamat and other Malaysian towns. The system supports MyKad check-in, Bahasa Malaysia and English interfaces, and MYR billing.
