Loading MOVO-X…
MOVO-X powers TCM and traditional Chinese medicine clinics across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Trilingual kiosk (Chinese, Malay, English), herb dispensing queue, acupuncture room scheduling, and practitioner-specific patient flow.
TCM patients frequently prefer Mandarin or traditional Chinese script. MOVO-X supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Malay, and English at the kiosk — selectable at the start of each session.
TCM clinics have a separate herb dispensing counter. After consultation, patients are automatically queued for herb collection. The pharmacist or herbalist prepares the prescription before the patient arrives at the counter.
Acupuncture sessions require dedicated treatment room slots. MOVO-X manages acupuncture room availability, needling session time, and follow-up scheduling in a single integrated queue system.
TCM clinics with multiple practitioners — one for acupuncture, one for tui na, one for herbal consultation — manage separate queues per practitioner while allowing the patient record to be shared across all.
TCM treatment often involves a prescribed series — 10 sessions of acupuncture, 4 weeks of herbal formula. MOVO-X tracks sessions completed, next appointment due, and formula changes across the treatment course.
MOVO-X is deployed at TCM clinics across Malaysia (Cheras, Kajang, Wangsa Maju, Setapak, Miri, Muar), Singapore (Redhill, Novena, Orchard, Admiralty), and Indonesia (Bandung). The largest TCM kiosk network in Southeast Asia.

Yes. MOVO-X supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia at the patient kiosk. Each patient selects their preferred language at the start of check-in. The clinic dashboard defaults to English for practitioners but can be set to Chinese if preferred.
Yes. TCM herb dispensing is managed as a separate queue from consultation. After the physician prescribes a herbal formula, the dispensing queue is updated automatically.
