WhatsApp Business API Integration
MOVO-X sends messages through the official WhatsApp Business API — delivering messages to any WhatsApp number worldwide. Messages display your clinic's verified business name and profile, not an unrecognised number. WhatsApp message delivery rates consistently exceed 95 % vs. SMS delivery rates of 70-80 % in ASEAN markets. For patients without WhatsApp, MOVO-X falls back to SMS automatically.
Medication & Follow-Up Reminders
