The monthly fee covers your MOVO-X software license, all feature updates, cloud hosting, data backups, system monitoring, and technical support. Hardware is a one-time cost included in the setup price.

We accept bank transfer (TT), credit card, and FPX. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms. We also offer installment plans for the hardware setup cost.
Standard delivery is 10-15 business days from order confirmation. This includes hardware provisioning, software configuration with your clinic branding, and quality testing. Express delivery (5-7 days) is available for an additional fee.
Professional and Enterprise plans include free on-site installation and setup. For Starter plans, we provide remote setup assistance via video call. On-site installation for Starter can be added for a one-time fee.
Yes, you can cancel with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation penalties. The hardware is yours to keep. If you resubscribe within 12 months, your data and configuration will be preserved.
