Real-Time Resource Allocation
MOVO-X monitors queue depth per service type every 60 seconds. When a queue exceeds a configurable threshold (e.g., more than 12 patients waiting for GP consultation), the system alerts the supervisor and recommends opening an additional consultation room or redeploying a counter from a shorter queue. In facilities with automated counter assignments, MOVO-X can execute the rebalancing automatically within defined rules.
Staff Roster Alignment
Import your staff roster into MOVO-X and the system automatically configures available counters and service types based on who is scheduled. A shift that includes 2 GPs and 1 nurse activates 2 consultation queues and 1 triage counter. When a staff member leaves mid-shift, their counter is closed and the queue automatically redistributed. No manual dashboard reconfiguration required.
Room & Equipment Scheduling
MOVO-X tracks the utilisation of every consultation room and piece of scheduled equipment (ultrasound machines, ECG units, X-ray rooms) against the appointment and queue schedule. When a room finishes early, it is marked available immediately. When a piece of equipment requires maintenance, it is removed from the schedule and affected appointments are rebooked automatically with patient notification.
Throughput Analytics
Resource management analytics show historical resource utilisation rates — which counters had the longest idle times, which rooms were most overbooked, which staff members handled the highest patient volume. These analytics drive staffing decisions: schedule more resources during your historically busiest periods, reduce during historically quiet periods, and quantify the cost of underutilisation.
