Automated Multilingual Calling
When counter staff press "Call Next", MOVO-X synthesises a voice announcement in the patient's registered language: "Ticket B-017, Mr Rajan Nair, please proceed to Counter 3." MOVO-X supports 14 languages including English, Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, Arabic, French, and Spanish — all from the same system, configured per patient at check-in.
Simultaneous Screen + Audio
Voice announcements are always synchronised with digital signage. When a ticket is called, the queue display updates simultaneously — the called number appears highlighted on screen and the voice announcement plays. Patients receive two simultaneous signals: visual and auditory. This dual-channel notification reduces missed calls by over 70 % compared to voice-only or screen-only systems.
No Dedicated Hardware
MOVO-X voice announcements work through any standard speakers connected to your display hardware via 3.5mm audio jack or Bluetooth. No proprietary audio controllers, no maintenance contracts for audio hardware, no additional licences. Your existing TV or monitor speakers are sufficient for single-room waiting areas. For large multi-room facilities, MOVO-X integrates with standard IP audio systems.
Custom Announcement Templates
Administrators configure announcement templates per service type and per counter. A hospital can configure: "Ticket B-017, please proceed to Consultation Room 3 — the nurse will guide you from the waiting area." A bank branch can configure: "Number 42, please approach Counter 2 for cash services." Templates support variable insertion (ticket number, name, counter number, room) and can include custom prefix/suffix phrases.
