Tourist patients in Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Samui, and Bangkok check in via bilingual kiosk. Consultation notes, prescription, and certificate available in English. Reception supports non-Thai speaking patients without translator.

System sends pre-departure WhatsApp 3 days before travel date: reminder to take malaria prophylaxis, water precautions, and emergency contacts. 7 days after return: follow-up asking about any fever or symptoms.

Travel clinics in tourist areas see high walk-in volume. PromptPay QR for Thai payers. Foreign card processing for international tourists. Receipt printable or via WhatsApp. No cash handling delays.

Post-travel patients presenting with fever: malaria RDT, dengue NS1/IgM/IgG results recorded against the visit. Treatment initiated from the same consultation record. Results sent to patient via WhatsApp.
