The complete EMR built for cardiologists — ECG upload, cardiac risk scoring, BP trend monitoring, and WhatsApp-powered medication adherence. Live in 5 days.
Every investigation linked to the consultation. Every risk score logged with an audit trail. Every hypertension patient reminded before they miss a refill. MOVO-X is how modern cardiology practices run without administrative overhead.
We spoke to 40+ cardiologists across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The same three problems came up every time.
ECG and echocardiogram results filed separately from the patient EMR — cardiologist sees the clinical note but has to hunt for the imaging report before the consultation starts. By the time the file is located, the consultation is already running late and clinical context is half-assembled.
Hypertension patients miss medication refills — no system tracks when their supply runs out or sends a reminder. Uncontrolled BP leads to events that are preventable. A single missed refill on an ACE inhibitor can undo months of carefully titrated control.
Cardiac risk scores (SCORE2, ASCVD, Framingham) calculated by hand with a chart. For a 40-patient day, this is 40 manual calculations with no audit trail. A transcription error in a risk tier misinforms the treatment decision, and no one knows it happened.
Cardiologists in 27+ clinics worldwide run on MOVO-X today. Book a 20-minute demo and we will show you exactly how your practice would look on the platform.

Upload ECG strips, echocardiogram reports, Holter results, and stress test summaries directly to each consultation record. Every investigation is timestamped, linked to the visit, and retrievable in one click. No more hunting through a shared drive before the patient sits down.
SCORE2 and ASCVD risk scores are calculated automatically from the patient's age, sex, total cholesterol, HDL, systolic BP, and smoking status pulled from the EMR. The result is logged against each visit creating a longitudinal audit trail that documents your clinical reasoning for any future review.
Every recorded blood pressure reading is plotted on a per-patient trend graph across all visits. Target achievement — whether the patient is at, above, or below the JNC / ESC target — is flagged in green or red at the top of the record. Your Monday morning panel review becomes a five-second dashboard scan.
When you prescribe an antihypertensive, statin, or antiplatelet, the system calculates the run-out date from the days-supply you enter. Three days before that date, the patient receives an automated WhatsApp message in their language reminding them to collect. Missed-refill events drop by 40% in the first month.
After any cardiac procedure, MOVO-X auto-schedules a follow-up check-in sequence via WhatsApp — day 1, day 7, day 30. Each message asks structured questions about symptoms, wound, and medication adherence. Responses are logged against the procedure record so you have a documented recovery timeline without a single phone call.
Refer patients into a cardiac rehabilitation or physiotherapy programme and track their attendance and progress from within MOVO-X. Milestone notes from the physio team are linked to the cardiology record, giving you a unified view of the patient's recovery without chasing phone calls across departments.
High-value cardiac procedure billing — stent implantation, ablation, cardioversion, pacemaker check — is handled inside MOVO-X with Letter of Authorisation (LoA) tracking built in. ICD-10 and CPT codes auto-populate from the procedure type, reducing billing time and rejection rates on complex claims.
BRCA, familial hypercholesterolaemia (FH), long QT syndrome, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy flags are surfaced at the top of the patient record the moment you open the file. First-degree relative history is structured — not a free-text note — so it can be queried across your panel to identify high-risk families proactively.
“Hypertension management is a long game. Before MOVO-X, I had no way to track which patients were achieving target BP across my entire panel. Now I run a dashboard query every Monday — patients above target get a WhatsApp asking how their medications are going. Proactive care, not just reactive.”
All plans include ECG upload, cardiac risk calculators, WhatsApp reminders, and full EMR. No setup fee.
One cardiologist, one location. Full ECG and risk score suite.

Multiple clinic locations under one MOVO-X account.
MOVO-X is configured for local regulations, currencies, and languages in every market below.
Yes. MOVO-X accepts PDF reports, image exports (PNG/JPG), and DICOM viewer links. Full DICOM native storage is on the Q3 2026 roadmap. In the interim, your echo machine exports a PDF summary which uploads in seconds to the consultation record.
SCORE2 (European Society of Cardiology 2021 revision), ASCVD Pooled Cohort Equations (ACC/AHA), and Framingham Risk Score. All three are available simultaneously so you can document which calculator guided your treatment decision — important for medico-legal audit trails.
Yes. MOVO-X is PDPA-compliant (Malaysia), NDPR-compliant (Nigeria), POPIA-compliant (South Africa), and aligned with HIPAA principles for clinics operating in the US market. All patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit. A full compliance statement is available at movo-x.com/trust.
The WhatsApp message is sent via Meta's Business Cloud API from your clinic's registered WhatsApp number. The message says "Your [medication] prescription from Dr. [name] is due for refill in 3 days. Reply to this message or call [clinic number]." No sensitive health data is included in the message body.
Yes. Any lab result you record — LDL, HDL, total cholesterol, triglycerides, HbA1c — is graphed over time per patient. You can overlay BP trend and lipid trend on a single chart to show patients the correlation between lifestyle changes and their cardiovascular risk markers.
MOVO-X integrates with ECG machines that export PDF or image reports — which covers over 90% of clinic-grade ECG hardware including Schiller, Mortara, GE MAC, and Nihon Kohden. For machines with HL7 output, our integration team configures a direct feed during onboarding.
Five working days is our standard go-live timeline for single-doctor clinics. The onboarding covers: patient data import, ECG upload workflow configuration, risk score setup, WhatsApp number registration, and staff training. Multi-doctor and multi-branch clinics take 10–14 days.
You own your data completely. At any time you can export your full patient database, all consultation records, uploaded investigations, and risk score history in standard CSV and PDF formats. There is no lock-in — your records are yours.
No long contracts. No upfront fee. A 20-minute WhatsApp demo is all it takes to see your clinic workflow rebuilt on MOVO-X.
