Founded in 2026, MOVO-X was born from a simple observation — clinics across Southeast Asia still rely on manual check-in, paper records, and inefficient patient flow. Patients wait for hours. Staff are overwhelmed. Doctors spend more time on paperwork than patient care.
We set out to change that. Starting with a single clinic in Malaysia, we built an end-to-end platform that combines self check-in kiosks, AI-powered queue management, voice guidance in 7 languages, and real-time analytics. The result? A 70% reduction in check-in time and a dramatically better experience for patients and staff alike.
Today, MOVO-X is expanding across ASEAN and the Middle East, serving clinics, hospitals, dental practices, and government healthcare facilities. Our technology has processed tens of thousands of patient records, and we are just getting started.
