Hormone values across a cycle are plotted automatically in a chronological graph the moment each value is entered. The clinician sees the oestradiol rise from Day 2 through trigger, the LH surge pattern, and post-retrieval progesterone levels — without building a chart manually. Abnormal values — a premature LH surge, a flat oestradiol on Day 6 — are flagged visually so the reviewing clinician notices immediately, not after a patient has already left the clinic.

Record each embryo retrieved: fertilisation status, day-3 cell count and fragmentation grade, day-5 blastocyst ICM and trophectoderm grades, freeze decision, freeze date, and tank/straw location. When a frozen embryo transfer is planned months or years later, the full embryology record is one click away — no paper archive search, no chain-of-custody ambiguity, no risk of selecting from the wrong batch.

When the trigger injection is prescribed, MOVO-X sends a WhatsApp message to the patient with the exact time, drug name, dose, and administration route — confirmed with a read receipt. Enter left and right ovary follicle counts with individual follicle diameters at each monitoring scan. MOVO-X charts the growth curve per follicle cohort, making it immediately visible whether stimulation is on track for retrieval at Day 10–12 or needs adjustment. The lead follicle, mean follicle diameter, and total follicle count are summarised per scan — giving the clinician the data to decide whether to extend stimulation, adjust dose, or call retrieval without reconstructing the picture from separate lab slips.

Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and antral follicle count (AFC) are the primary ovarian reserve markers used to individualise stimulation protocols. MOVO-X stores each AMH test result with the date and lab reference range, and plots the patient's reserve trend over time — critical for patients who undergo multiple cycles or return for fertility preservation years after their initial consultation. FSH, LH, and Day 2 baseline values are also tracked longitudinally so the clinician sees the full reserve picture, not just the most recent number.

Consent records are timestamped, immutable, and auditable. Does MOVO-X support both IVF and IUI cycles in the same patient record?

Yes. Each cycle type — IVF, IUI, frozen embryo transfer (FET), egg freezing, donor egg, and natural-cycle IVF — is recorded as a distinct cycle entry linked to the patient's longitudinal record. A patient who did two IUI cycles followed by an IVF cycle will have all three cycles visible in sequence, with the full hormone, follicle, and outcome data from each. This is critical for clinical decision-making in complex fertility cases where the treating doctor needs to review what was tried before.

How does MOVO-X handle egg and embryo donor cycles?

Donor cycles are supported with a separate donor record (anonymous or known) linked to the recipient cycle. The donor's AMH, AFC, stimulation response, and retrieval outcome are recorded against the donor record, while the embryology outcome — number fertilised, grades, freeze status — is linked to the recipient's cycle. Separate consent flows capture donor consent and recipient consent for the use of donor material, both stored immutably with timestamps.

Can we configure the system for our specific stimulation protocols?

Yes. MOVO-X allows you to define custom protocol templates — drug name, dose, administration route, monitoring day checkpoints, and decision rules (e.g., 'trigger when lead follicle ≥ 18mm and oestradiol > 1,500 pg/mL'). These templates are selected at cycle start and pre-populate the monitoring schedule. Your embryologist can also configure custom embryo grading systems — Gardner, Istanbul consensus, or your clinic's internal grading criteria.

How does the embryo cryopreservation log work for audit purposes?

Every embryo in storage has a complete record: origin cycle, freeze date, grade, tank and canister location, and consent status. Consent is tracked separately from the storage record, so you can see at a glance which embryos are covered by active consent and which may be approaching a storage limit or require consent renewal. In the event of a regulatory inspection or a patient request for their reproductive records, the full embryo log is exportable as a PDF with timestamps and staff access history.

Does MOVO-X integrate with lab systems for hormone results?

MOVO-X supports manual entry and bulk import from CSV for hormone values. For clinics using supported lab information systems (LIS), we offer direct HL7 integration on the Enterprise plan so results from your in-house analyser populate the cycle record automatically — no re-entry, no transcription errors. What happens to our data if we cancel the subscription?

Your data is yours. If you cancel, MOVO-X provides a full export of all patient records, cycle data, embryology logs, and consent records in standard formats (JSON + PDF). Reproductive data must be retained for a minimum of 7 years in most jurisdictions — we can keep your account in a read-only archive mode at no charge for the statutory retention period if you need ongoing access without paying for active use.
