Loading MOVO-X…
The complete operating system for GP clinics — from the waiting room to the pharmacy counter.
MOVO-X replaces the paper-based chaos of a busy GP clinic with a single integrated platform: NFC patient self-check-in, structured SOAP EMR, automated drug inventory, insurance billing by scheme, and a WhatsApp queue that keeps your waiting room calm. Built for clinics across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East — and compliant with every major data protection law in those regions.
Most GP clinics go live within 5 days. There is no legacy EMR to migrate away from painfully — we import your existing patient list and your team is trained in a single half-day session. From day one, your kiosk is running, your queue is on WhatsApp, and your receptionist is actually helping patients.
Sound familiar?
One receptionist, 80 patients, paper forms. The morning rush creates a queue out the door — and some patients leave before being seen. Every minute of wait time is a patient who may never return, a reputation score that quietly erodes, and revenue that walks out with them.
Handwritten consultation notes, paper prescriptions, handwritten receipt books — the administrative burden is relentless. That is 3.2 hours every single day stolen from actual patient care, compressed into a cycle that leaves doctors exhausted and staff drowning in filing.
At month-end, your admin manually tallies UHC vs UC vs SSO vs out-of-pocket from a pile of paper records. Errors are inevitable. Reimbursement is delayed — sometimes by months. You are owed money you cannot collect because your records are not machine-readable.
There is a better way
Everything you need
Every feature was designed with real GP clinics — not hospital systems, not abstract EHR platforms — in mind.
Patients tap their national ID card — Thai ID, MyKad, Emirates ID, Aadhaar, Iqama — and register in under 2 seconds. The kiosk captures demographics, prints a queue ticket, and sends the patient a WhatsApp message with their number. Your receptionist never touches a paper form again.
Structured Subjective / Objective / Assessment / Plan notes with a searchable ICD-10 picker baked in. Drug allergy flags surface automatically before any prescription is generated. E-prescriptions print or send to pharmacy in one tap — no handwriting, no ambiguity, no dispensing errors from illegible scripts.
Every dispensed medication is deducted from inventory the moment the prescription is finalised. Low-stock alerts fire before you run out, not after. Expiry tracking prevents you from dispensing expired medication. Month-end stock reconciliation takes minutes, not a full day.
Each visit is tagged to its payment scheme at check-in. NHSO (National Health Security Office) reports are auto-generated in the correct format for submission. Private insurance claims are batched by insurer. You always know exactly what you are owed from each scheme — without touching a spreadsheet.
Patients receive their queue position on WhatsApp. They can walk to a nearby cafe, run an errand, or wait in their car. The system notifies them when they are 2 patients away. Your waiting room goes from overcrowded to calm. Patients arrive refreshed instead of frustrated.
The nurse records BP, temperature, weight, and SpO2 at triage. Those readings are visible to the doctor the moment they open the consultation screen — no verbal relay, no transcription errors, no lost triage notes clipped to a paper file.
Break down revenue by payment scheme, by diagnosis, by doctor, and by time of day. Spot which appointment types are most profitable, which insurance schemes pay fastest, and which doctors generate the highest per-visit revenue. Data-driven decisions replace gut-feel management.
Every new patient signs their data consent form at the kiosk before the consultation begins. The signature is timestamped, stored securely, and fully revocable. Audit logs are immutable. Your clinic is compliant with PDPA (Thailand), PDPA (Malaysia), DPDP (India), and GDPR from day one.
Real clinics, real results
“80 patients a day with one receptionist was chaos. The kiosk changed everything — patients register themselves, the queue goes to WhatsApp, and my receptionist now actually helps patients instead of fighting paper forms. Same team, 40% more patients handled.”
“The insurance billing module saves my admin 8 hours a month. Before MOVO-X, she manually tallied UHC vs out-of-pocket from paper records for month-end reports. Now it's automatic. We submit on time and get paid faster.”

Common questions
Most GP clinics are fully live within 5 business days. We configure your kiosk, migrate your patient list, and train your team in a single half-day session. Your first day on MOVO-X, your kiosk is running.
Yes. The MOVO-X kiosk reads Thai ID (chip NFC), Malaysian MyKad, Indonesian KTP, Emirates ID, Aadhaar, and Iqama via NFC tap. For non-NFC cards, patients can scan a QR code or enter their ID number manually.
When a patient checks in at the kiosk, they receive a WhatsApp message with their queue number and estimated wait time. As the queue moves, they receive a second notification when they are 2 patients away. They can be anywhere — the carpark, a cafe nearby — and return right on time.
MOVO-X supports configurable insurance schemes for any country. Out of the box we support Thai NHSO (UC/UHC/SSO), Malaysian Panel Insurance, Indian Ayushman Bharat, and standard private insurer billing. For other schemes, your onboarding manager sets up the configuration before go-live.
Yes. MOVO-X is architected for PDPA (Thailand and Malaysia), DPDP (India), PDPA 2012 (Singapore), GDPR, and Saudi NDMO health data regulations. Data is stored in encrypted, regionally isolated Supabase instances. Consent is captured at the kiosk and stored with an immutable timestamp.
Yes. The kiosk is optional. Clinics that prefer a receptionist-led flow can use the reception tablet or desktop app for patient registration. The WhatsApp queue, SOAP EMR, drug inventory, and insurance billing all work without a kiosk.
You own your data. If you cancel, we provide a full export of all patient records, consultation notes, prescriptions, and financial records in standard CSV and FHIR-compatible JSON within 14 days of your cancellation request. We then delete your data from our systems.
Yes. Every drug batch is logged with an expiry date. Alerts fire 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry. Controlled substances are flagged with a dispensing log that records doctor, patient, and quantity — ready for regulatory audit at any time.
Stop losing patients to wait times. Stop drowning in paperwork. Stop chasing insurance reimbursements from paper records. MOVO-X is ready — and so are you.
