Day 1 — Hardware & Configuration

- ✓Counter assignments set up for your clinic layout
- ✓WhatsApp Business API activated for patient notifications
- ✓LHDN e-invoice configuration completed
Day 2 — Data Import
1 day- ✓Excel patient list cleaned and formatted to MOVO-X template (Name, IC, Phone, DoB)
- ✓Patient records imported via MOVO-X bulk import tool
- ✓IC numbers validated — duplicates flagged for review
- ✓Import report reviewed and verified
Day 3–4 — Staff Training
2 days- ✓Counter staff: 4-hour hands-on training on MOVO-X counter dashboard
- ✓Admin/supervisor: 2-hour dashboard and analytics training
- ✓Kiosk walk-through with all staff — each staff member processes a mock patient
- ✓Emergency manual fallback procedure documented
Day 5 — Go Live
1 day- ✓Kiosk placed at clinic entry
- ✓Paper register retired (keep one blank for absolute emergencies)

Migration questions
Our Excel file has 5,000+ patient records. How long does the import take?
MOVO-X bulk import processes up to 10,000 records in under 5 minutes. A 5,000-record file imports in approximately 2–3 minutes. The import report shows successes, failures, and duplicates for your review.
Can we still use Excel alongside MOVO-X?
Technically yes, but we recommend against it — split data causes inconsistency. MOVO-X exports full patient and transaction data to CSV at any time, so you can replicate your existing Excel reports from MOVO-X data without maintaining a parallel spreadsheet.
