Common migration pitfalls — and how to avoid them
⚠QueueBee proprietary display hardware cannot run MOVO-X — use your existing TV or monitor with an Android HDMI stick instead

FAQ
Migration questions
Can MOVO-X use QueueBee's existing display hardware?
No. QueueBee's proprietary displays run their own firmware. MOVO-X runs on any screen via a web browser — connect a standard Android TV stick or mini PC to your existing screens and open the MOVO-X display URL.
How do we handle patients who are used to QueueBee's kiosk interface?
MOVO-X's kiosk interface is designed to be intuitive for first-time users. A brief instruction card placed next to the kiosk (provided by MOVO-X) guides patients through the first check-in. Most patients adapt after 1–2 visits.
